• Flights always take place in the 1st session at sunrise.
• If you have a group of 8 people or more, the tour can be organized as you wish, on any day.
• If you have a group of less than 8 people, the tour can be organized as a VIP class on the day of your choice.
• If children between the ages of 0-3 request extra seats, a fee will be charged.
• If the flight is canceled due to weather conditions, the flight fee will be fully refunded.
• Free cancellation is possible only 12 hours before flight time.
• Children over 5 years old are allowed to fly under the responsibility of their parents.
• Departure and return times of the tours are approximate and may vary depending on the location of your hotel.
• Children eligible for a discount must present a document confirming their age. Discounts are based on calendar year, not exact date of birth.
• Each participant, including children, must carry a passport or ID card.
• Children traveling for free must sit on their parents' lap and do not receive a separate seat or meal in restaurants.
• Some of the sites mentioned include lots of stairs or are located on uneven terrain, making them unsuitable for strollers. We recommend using baby carriers, slings, etc.
• Accessible tour for disabled people. The ♿ symbol indicates that the tour is suitable for people with reduced mobility. For more detailed information on route accessibility, transportation or individual needs, please contact us.
